3000k hid fogs are way to green. bad bulbs?

    just got these off of a member here yesterday and installed them. i know they are suppost to be a little green when they start up but this just isnt right

    I'm thinking they are supposed to be way more "yellow" in the kelvin spectrum. I have 6000k for my fogs/driving lights.

    Every one of the 3000K I have seen are all (or mostly yellow).

    Green doesn't seem to be efficient for driving (except for party lights) :)

    That's fucking sick hahaha!!!!!! There supposed to be yellow but that green is awesome! Damn I need a ricer so I can use those!

    Yeah that looks to green to me. I also have 3K HID's in my fogs and they arent like that at all. I'm not sure what the issue is, if you have bad bulbs or bad ballasts. :rolleyes:

    I called ddm tuning and they said that the bulbs arnt heating up correctly.

    Kinda looked like Yellow+Blue at first. Like your headlight color mixing with fogs. Glad you found a solution. Hope DDM fixes it.

    Could it be that I touched the bulbs when I installed them? Just saw that your not suppost to. Could that be it?
