    Thanks so much guys, it really means a lot to me. The white/black look is what I am goin for (I clearly still have a few things to modify to enable the look to be fully complete). I have put lot of work into this truck though and I am planin on doin a lot more hopefully soon.


    Yeah I think I might take the topper off for a little while this summer so I can repair the wear that it causes on the bed rails and I just want to try it out... But I definitely enjoy being able to keep the weather off of whatever I have in my bed and being able to keep my tool box and anything else locked up is very convenient.

    If you ever notice on 3/4 or 1 ton trucks and how the the overload springs on their leafs are separated but they are still arched in the same direction right?

    When I think of "overload leaf" this^ is what I think of. Thats the only reason why the backward bent leaf seemed weird to me. I can see how it could help now though.

    I have 10mm spacers on top of those top plates and I got them from wheelers offroad.
