With the exception of 18's...in some cases that is.

this place is gettin as bad as ttora. If he wants 20's or 22's dont give him shit about it. help him out if you can and dont talk shit if you cant. just throwin that out there. I think the 20's look good and with the tire size posted for the 20's you will have plenty of meat left on your tires.

they are factory Enkei wheels. I havent seen but maybe 4 or 5 other tacomas with them since I got my truck, along with a couple of 4runners. i kinda like the way they look but i wouldnt have gotten 18s if they hadn't came on it. im gonna be goin down as soon as i get some more funds

Honestly i thing 20's with the 285/55/20's will look good.. if your not offroading much, then they will be very good looking. I have 18's on my 98 taco and i have beat the hell out of that thing.. and it still looks clean and nice with the 18's on it.. no matter what rim size you go with, you cant lose.. your driving a tacoma, you cant lose lol.

I had 20s on mine that I had borrowed while I got mine powdercoated, and they rode like crap. Every little bump in the road, I felt it 50x's more than I do with my 16s. There's no way I'd go over 18's just because of the ride. Not to mention the tire prices/options.

    20's:
    IMG_3574_abb964070928539fb88324f06c29017783e1a7b9.jpg

    16's:

I personally like the look of more tire/less rim.

not everyone will like it. but what people fail to realize is 90% of the mods they have on their trucks come from someone deciding to be different. without people doing things differently new mods wouldnt pop up and everybody's truck would look the same.

The narrower sidewall is what made it a bad ride. Not the size of the tire. And the brand of tire can make a difference. I ran BFG G-force when I irst got my truck. Tires felt every bump. Switched to Nitto & the it helped with a less bumpy ride.

    Those are 18"s. Not 20"s.

    These are 20"s:
