    the only reason why i would get one, it would protect your hood from getting chipped. The only one i would get, would be the vertical ones OLD SCHOOL.

    I got thre weathertech one. Not the most attractive thing but it does protect the front of my hood and thats all I wanted out of it. Plus it does'nt touch any part of the hood, it's really sturdy.
