Don't quote me on this cause I'm kinda new but I think I read on one of the other threads that you pull down the fuse panel cover and reach up in there to push them out.

Or if your talking about this (circled area) just take a knife or screw driver and pop it out. But be careful not to break it.

A little extreme but it works... just pop out the change tray cubby and fish the wires through. Use a small flathead or knife (carefully) to pop out the blank and fish the wires til you can grab them. Takes a little patience but you don't have to remove any interior panels in order to fish a couple wires.

i have 3 switches i put in myself and i took out the change box and just poped them out that way, its easy and its hard to break something this way

If you want to get a switch in up there you'll probably want to follow that USB install link and drop at least the lower part of the dash. I tried popping out the blanks on the top once and I just couldn't get my hand up there far enough to get the top row of switches without taking the dash apart.

The bottom row can be done just by removing the coin holder/fuse box lid though.

Always hot AUX plug. Wet Okole's. 33" tires.

Anybody ever come up with answers for this? Or did everyone run out to look behind their dash and get caught up trying to figure them out, also? I've heard of toyota running all the wiring for the most popular accessories, then the dealer just has to plug everything in, and add the switch??? I have even heard that the wiring for the bed 110v plug is there, just need to add inverter, and plug.
