    what muffler do you prefer best? sound and performance wise

    just looking for a new one

    right now i have a flowmaster but looking for something that sounds aggressive but i dont want to lose performance

    your moms!:eek: lol no but seriously i have a magnaflow and like the sound of it, of course i have it dumped with a 5inch tip:rolleyes: but the flowmaster i had before was too loud IMO if you're looking for performance they're all about the same. and it might just be my experience but the flowmasters seem to rust alot faster than the magnaflow

    dont get a cherry bomb, i got a thrush glass pack and it sounds like a friggen 2 stroke dirtbike. I have a V6 and it sounds like a friggen fart can, it sounds sweet with straight pipe, but its too loud and ricer for a truck, I used to rev it like a race car and fake people out haha.

    I don't know why and this may just be me but when I ran open headers it sounded like a fuggin beast. A few friends came over shortly afterward and commented that it sounded better than their v8s :eek: surprisingly no rice in it either I wish I could have kept it that way except it was frickin LOUD.

    Honestly you're not going to get much with a muffler. Dynamax super turbos are really popular though
