    A little presumptuous?

I'm no caveman but I would think that even 5000 years ago (BTW the Pyramids are dated to about 4000 years ago) would not classify one as a caveman and you think these guys didn't have a sense of humor?

"Look, the asshole died, watch this we'll bury him like a bitch, it'll be funny"

And the very first high five was invented!!!

I guess this will get added to the nature vs nurture debate...

Interestingly though, I remember reading an article that posited that homosexuality was an evolved trait/behavior; that homosexuality didnt exist until about 2000 years ago...

Not sure I'd agree with that as ancient literature .. for example the Old Testament .. refers to homosexual behavior 2000, 3000, even 4000 years BCE. Of course whether or not it was a conscious behavior is another matter, as what we know as consciousness ... or a reflective self-awareness ... may not have come into existence until the late Bronze Age ... 1200 BCE ... and then developed from there. Prior to that time (though it's not a hard & fast date by any means) man mostly possessed what psychologist Julian Jaynes called the bicameral mind.

My bad, I didnt type that our properly- I know homosexuality was a part of Roman culture, which was definitely more than 2000 years ago.

he was probably a caveman that was physically disabled, or maybe even a "special needs" caveman that was not cut out for hunting, probably just gathering.
