    Well, I went ahead and sold the 4Runner on Friday. I can't afford to build two 4WD vehicles and I had to make a choice. While the 4Runner is a beast offroad, it was just wayyy too nice to scratch up. Plus, I love driving the Tacoma more than the 4Runner. This also frees up cash to go towards the Tacoma. I got the wife a 2012 Prius V as a replacement vehicle.

    The reason I chose white over a dark color is because white hides all the scratches. From 5 feet away you can't see the scratches but up close they are pretty bad. My dad had a 1985 Toyota truck that was white back in the day so that helped in my decision to get white as well.

    Black and white vehicles look classy. I chose white for the same reason as you. Btw I copied your first gem mud flap idea.

    I have had a few questions concerning everything with the interior so the following pics should clear up most of them.

    I added some quick fist clamps to the under side of the center console.

    Added a 1000W inverter. One plug up front with a switch/led for on/led for overload. Three plugs in the back. Inverter is located under the drivers seat.

    Speakers for CB/HAM mounted on center pillars. Drivers side is HAM, passenger is CB. These were like $15 for both on eBay.

    So do those mini fists have screw holes at all 4 corners, or is that a different attachment on the console? I really need to clean up my bin and that looks like motivation.

    What brand is that inverter and how much did it cost? That's a sick setup
