That's a Zodi Extreme Portable Shower. It gets the water warm but not shower hot.

Interesting! Gonna need to pick something like that up. How do you have it attached to the gate?

I used it a lot to pump water. I am ditching the 5 gal compressed jug for water. The Zodi replaces that and it can be heated. I am going to fab up a mount for it. For now it is strapped onto there.

 Interested to see the mount. I copied the pressurized can but like the idea of heated water.

Any chance I can get a couple pics of the Hi Lift mount? I want to mount my light bar in the front of the rack. Thinking I can make a mount that attaches to the top and bottom of the rails on the rack. Was currious how they did it. Is there a sort of a "hook" on the top lip that grabs the rail then accepts the M8 Bolts? Do you bolt the bottom also?

I will snap you some pics later today. It does hook over the top and it uses the M8 bolts for the front clamp and the rear foot portion of the jack.

With the jack over the cab, it does rattle and you can hear it in the cab. I have gotten used to it but on washboard roads it can get annoying. I want to get it moved to the shell once I get the other front runner rack on.

With your 3 - 170's...do you have them all on the same switch? Same relay?

Merry christmas to you as well. The 170's are on two relays with one switch. One of these days I will combine them into one relay...One of them did go out on this past trip. I think one of the wires came loose.

Appreciate it and happy holidays. A trick, to help with the vibrations, the RUBBER strips they included in the box for the wind flair work wonders for solving those issues. You can put them wherever and it drastically reduces the noise.

It's the jack itself that rattles. I strap everything else down pretty tight so they won't vibrate. Those rubber strips do come in handy though. How are the 60mm feet working out for you over the camper shell?

    skygear, pics as requested.

    Front clamp

After unscrewing the nut, the clamp lifts up and the jack still remains in place.

Those 60's are fine. But as I mentioned before, they are maxed out. I had to lift the rack all the way to the top of the eye holes in the mounting area. But it is FLUSH now. Still would like to try the 70's for arguements sake though.

The pics are great. Last one if you do not mind is straight down the rail from the front of the truck so I can see the 'hook'.

Like this pic except right down the rail.

    In addition to this statement.

I was ontop of my rack last night and felt something shift. Might have been some of the tools or something else. That is not something I want to question though.

As I looked at it again, it doesn't 'hook' onto the side. It is flat on the top and bottom. It just uses the 3 M8 bolts to secure the front clamp on. The clamp is very secure on there so I don't think a 'hook' is needed in the design.
