well it seems that my driver side headlight is shot.. it keeps frying bulbs and fuses, had it checked out and 1. the prongs in the headlights connectors are loose and 2. the housing for the bulb even with the bracket in still allows the bulb to move to much.. so they headlights are coming out this weekend and the stock are going back in. I do have an extra set of stock lights sooner or later I will be doing a retro fit on them when i have the extra money to put into the truck and not my other project.

how did i miss this build  nice truck lady good work.

edit you need to do a retrofit when your ready drop me a line i can offer some good info.

i have ran almost every set-up worth running i ran the gambit. its a pricey upgrade and there can be a lot of variables that can mean the difference between a decent set-up and one that will have people following you at night instead of trying to pass you lulz.

    hans :)

Thanks for the compliment.. I gotta be careful with my headlight setup Delaware is picky with that stuff, you cant even run HIDs through inspection, if the car didnt come with it you cant have it. Kinda sucks, but im def. doing the retrofit when i have the time and money when its not going into the other ride. I might do a set of cheap black housed headlights for now so i can at least show the truck next year at a few shows.

truck will be going into the shop soon to get the key marks in the fender, back bumper and tail gate ding fixed and painted as well as the eyelids will be getting painted as well from matte black to the color of the truck.

After that new headlights will be installed, LEDs to replace the stock lights in the gauges and head unit area, and the box will be redone and reinstalled back into the truck... hopefully before her first show back in april. ;)

Very nice ride! Those NST Pulleys really caught my eye, your truck is the only one I have seen with them. Are they worth the money? Did you notice performance gains? Are they hard to install? Thanks

Well as far as I know they are not making all the components any more at the time they were the only company who made all the components instead of peicing them together from other companys. But I would still check with them they may not have gone the seperates route just yet you may get lucky and they are still making all the components

I got them from a friend's brothers tacoma, he wrecked it and never got a chance to put them on.

As far as the performance gain, there isnt like this huge amount, but I notice the response time is much better. I think they were worth the money.

The only one that is hard to install is the very one on the bottom, that was a biotch, other than that wasnt hard at all. I think we did it in a few hours
