I haven't had a chance to test it much yet but... I love how it's set right now... I'd say about as perfect as one could hope.

Okay just wondering because normally Icons come with a 13" 650# spring that shows about 1.5-2" of the threaded collar.

Interesting. The 700# must hold it up really well

So.... New tie rods (inner and outer), new remaned steering rack from Phoenix Rack and Axle, and steam cleaned the undercarriage and engine bay. Oh, and new bottle opener...

So... I'm still having front end issues. The alignment keeps shifting even though everything is torqued to spec. This weekend (lol, tues-sat) I'm going to crawl under again and look at everything. Do a spot check and see if I can find something.

Also think I might bite some bullets and get some additional front end stuff done...

    - TC Lower Control Arm cam tab gussets (Honestly I think this is where my main problem is right now)
    - TC coil bucket tower gussets (Though I need to make sure the Icon resi mounts don't interfear)
    - Spindle Gussets (on the fence though, I kind like the idea of these being a 'fuseable link')
    - Re-grease the bushings on the LCA's (remove them entirely for inspect/regrease). They creak something horribly and it's really bugging me and making it harder to identify other issues.

Hopefully that stuff will get the front end back into completely done shape... I hope.

    Other stuff to do:
    - Clock spring is broke... need to fix/replace
    - Finish satoshi (getting pretty ghetto going on weeks with no grill lol)
    - BHLM with aftermarket lights and Lifetime LED bulbs
    - Rigid dulies to replace fogs
    - Remove projector retrofit wiring
    - Figure out the Icon hydrobump wear issue
    - silicon the stupid rear window seal again
    - install steering wheel control adapter (useless without clock spring though)
    - ceramic brake pads
    - fluid services + spark plugs
    - dump exhaust over axle

Stuff to figure out from stop clunk
    - Use gopro
    - both driveshaft services (u-joints, carrier bearing)
    - watch trans/xfr case mount
    - inspect fluids on trans/xfr case/diffs

    Sigh.
    - Trade for FR-S

I wonder if it's the uniball in the lower that is so squeaky?

That would seem pretty odd being only a few months old though. I really think it's the poly bushings all around, almost positive actually. That said, there's som other odd clanks and noises that I want to identify (most are probably nothing or stupid stuff) but its' really hard to isolate anything until I can get that quiet lol.

Clunking maybe coming from skids/bumper? When i took my bumper off to do the lights and put it back on along with the skids, the clunk went away

Do you hear them only in the morning or on cold days? That's when I have squeaks. But I also think my lower bushing as shot and need replaced

Maybe hit your uni balls with some white lithium grease? Worked like a charm for mine, no more announcing my arrival from a mile a way with steering squeak.

My TC lowers made a ton of noise until I hit them with that lube I got from the bike shop man. Start there if you haven't already. I got mine a few weeks after you and your truck sat for awhile when you nuked the rear end.
