Replaced clutch, flywheel resurfaced, carrier bearing, rear transmission mount, slave cylinder, rebuilt the starter
(Just my way of keeping track of maintenance and changes.)

    May 2020:
OME Dakar leaf pack to replace stock leafs + Broken AAL's + long shackles with hardly any bushings.
Ride feels the same, but I need to do the OME-D43XL AAL to beef up the pack for the weight I have in the back. I wasn't really thinking I met the criteria for the extra leaf but after getting it off the stands it squatted down quite a bit and feels soft.

One week later: Added the AAL and its a lot better now. Height and firmness are much improved

Used raptor liner to coat the bed. Made quick work with a nylon cup brush to rough every bit of it, blew out with air, washed with alcohol, then started to blast away.

Used 6 quarts of raptor liner with dove grey tint. I went with a lighter tint because I am eventually going to have a camper on it and didn't want a black interior.20210306_140211.jpg 20210307_111211.jpg 20210307_134553.jpg

I just did it out of some 1" 80-20 parts. It supports against the camper at the bottom when it is down. To fold it up, I straighten out the middle joint and lock it in place, then its flay and I fold it up against the camper and lock the first joint.

Thanks! It's always a work in progress but it's been coming along for some time now.
