    Keeping a close eye on mine too...

    Since I'm headed out this coming Thursday I figured it was time to get this sucker out & ready to go.

    Back before Christmas I needed to order a new spout for my NATO gas can. ($17) Lexington Container Company offers free shipping on orders over $25 so I bought this new Scepter Water can with the spout. :cool:
    Much better than my Pep-Boys special I've been hauling around :eek:

    Got a slight break in the weather & took the opportunity to get the RTT back on. Also spent $12 in hardware and mounted up the Fairing again.

    Thought I'd try a little different mounting placement this time & see how it handles. Instead of having the tent cantilever over the cab I have it flush with the cap in the front and hanging over the back this time. We'll see. :notsure:

    Got moar pics to post from the Kentucky Meet last weekend - I'll hopefully get to that this evening.
    FWIW the tent setup this way was the best move. For a 2000 mile road trip it actually felt like there was nothing up there at all. Even being passed by Semi's and passing them there was less pushing.
    I'll be mounting it like this from now on.

    My bud Bryan is looking at getting it and then swapping my Elite for it.
    He won't have to hack up the Elite to run it.

    Inspection is due this month. I'll be putting the mud flaps and tail pipe back on to pass. This is scheduled for a week from today. I intend to leave the truck there to finally get the clutch replaced.

    After that we've got the green light to do the dual cases.:thumbsup:

    I've got to assume you've got driveshafts I can borrow for the mod until I gat get my own stock ones modded?

    Other than that I think the electrical is the only piece missing...

    No long travel tho, ain't nobody got time fo dat!
