As my inaugural post to TW I would like to post my build in progress. These upcoming two weeks will be pretty big as I would be at my 80% solution to the project I called Storm Trooper, named after the brave soldiers of the galactic empire but the eureka moment came when listening to a Pepper song named the same. Now I know there are other storm troopers out there so I have been looking for another name to prevent any flaming from those persons and there associates. I have built the entire thing in a parking lot thanks to the amazing posts on TW, CT, TN and TTORA but cannot muster the mechanical prowess to install my 3 inch lift so I will let the professionals tackle that. Listed are the modifications I have now, what I will have in the next two weeks and what is projected over the course of the next year. So please let me know what you think and how I can improve the look of it. Shoots.

Get an AAL instead of blocks. Blocks give a rough ride and provide no help to the truck other than lift.

Also welcome to TW! Sounds like you've been reading alot into what you want.

I have an STi and since getting my Tacoma I have been addicted to TW. Shade tree mechanicary. Every time I get a little bit spending money I go to the forums find a part, find the how to and go to work. I think I am going to go with the GY Duratracs. Seem to the best compromise and there is a special at the tire shop around the way.

Just picked up a pair of rebuilt Fox C/O's w/ 2.5" resi. from on Craigslist for $850. Good deal or should I have stayed with the Skyjacker?
