It is expensive! But I'll keep it in mind. Would rather use the money for bumpers and sliders first

Off topic...whats a good handgun and cheapest way to build an AR-15? I looked on cheaperthandirt.com and found am upper for $300 I think and a place near here sells polymer lower for $100 and after watching the videos on durability I think I'll go with that to start. I ask because I don't know shit about guns and it seems like you do. All I have is a Taurus .22 that has a magazine that only feeds if its loaded and a Mossberg 12g that I added a pistol grip with adjustable stock and modded the clip to hold 6 rounds instead of the normal 3.

    pass it along man haha!

Cant go wrong with a Glock, but i really wanna get myself a S&W M&P .40 since ive grown to hate my trigger pull on the H&K P2000. Personally I love the .40 in general and even tho you get a higher capacity with a 9mm, if you get hit with a 40, they aint gettin back up if you know what I mean. The 45 is legendary and yes i would love to have a 1911 style 45 in my arsenal someday, but as far as personal defense/everyday carry, 40 is a winner in my book. To be quite honest im not too knowledgeable in building ARs but I do know that parts just got crazy expensive so if you start one just be aware. I only own a SCAR at the moment as far as rifles go....but im pretty satisfied

.22 is always a good cal to have and as you know already, the cheapest gun to plink with. good for practicing technique and front sign acquisition. keep the 12g no matter what. always good to have a shotgun
