SICK truck man. Don't think I've ever really seen you before :p Sorry! Loving it though! If I had the chance to do it all over again I would have gotten a black truck.

How do you like CBP? I've been thinkin about them after I do my 20 in the CG. I think I'd have an easy transition into the Dash 8's.

Yea i guess im still fairly new to the forum but my truck had come a long way! Thanks! Yea i was actually just lookin at some of your pics in the hangar the other day, badass man. The BP is awesome! couldnt have picked a better career, although i have been thinkin about doin somethin else military related to get dual retirement... But yea that would be an easy transfer from CG i think, just dont go to TX!!

Hey T4C0CH40S your truck looks amazing! How do you find these wheels? They stick out, what, about an inch less than the Revolvers? Do you find you still have a good wide stance with them? I am down to these or the Revolvers and can't decide… I like the fact these have less 'chunk' in the rim, but I do like the aggressive stance of the Revolvers.

Did you have any issues mounting and balancing. I plan on running a 265/70/17, so I hope I will have much less trimming needed.

Also, is there any functional advantage to the yellow fogs? A noob question I know, just never read anything about it. Is it purely for looks?

Thanks man and again, such a dope truck!

Thanks! For the wheels, go here and scroll down
    http://4wheelonline.com/KMC_Wheels.136045
I got a pretty good deal throught this website.

I dont know the exact difference between these and the revolvers other than the revolvers have six "spokes" and mine have 5. I love the stance they give, not too wide but def not too narrow. It probably is close to an inch but double check on the site i linked here.

No issues with mounting them other than having to buy different lugs that werent included with the wheels. If youre just gunna run a 265 you might be okay, this also depends on the tire tho too. My trail grapplers in 285 rubbed the shit out of my fender and cab mount but with the chop and trimming its perfect now.

As for the fogs, they are just for looks to me, but yellow light cuts through poor weather better than a typical white light. Ive heard that it works really good in snow but someone on here should correct me if im wrong, being in AZ ive seen it snow like 4 times

i used the krylon satin black. no prep, just stuck them back in the oven after they dried to give them the final look.

thanks man, yea all black sure does attract alot of attention

i have those ugly standard brakelights, i do want to upgrade to some LED ones and smoke them out. the tails i have now look more purple than black in the sunlight

Your truck is sick! Love the grill I'm about to satoshi mine too. Headlights are bad too...wish I would have used fxr's instead of d2s.

    Little "personal" update....

I kinda fell like i have to announce it to the WORLD!....tacomaworld that is....but i have finally ugraded to a DROID BIONIC!!!! Finally, i was able to throw my P.O.M.F.S. CRACKBERRY out at the range and put about 30rds of 308 and roughly 100rds of 223 into it.... there was nothing left :D

With that being said...sorry for my rant....i will now be able to take more pics of my taco and get some of those night pics with my fx-rs that some of you requested
