No doubt if you got a killer deal it was worth it either way. I swear my King's had 5 winters of salt and 0 rust what a disappointment in these shocks..

I know that n0rth loves how much better his ORI's ride than his OME's, but I have yet to really see a comparison of ORI's to good C/O's like Kings and Icons.

I haven't had a chance to play with mine yet. My resi's and fill kit are in the mail now I hope so maybe next week. The nice thing is I don't have to mess with a spring compressor and completely tear the shock apart to tune them. I just put some nitrogen in or take some out. I'd guess what makes them hard is the fact that you have basically an infinite range to tune across while shocks have only a few different thicknesses of shims to choose from.

I never thought to ask about that. They worked well the second time I got them back, so never thought anything else about it. Sorry!:(

ah bummer man, but no worries! I'm gonna revalve my fronts too cuz I switched to 700 pounders... my rebound needs some work for sure after going from 600's to 700's. Nothing crazy just minor adjustments.

Does not want to let the truck catch any east coast disease.

I think I will Bob if I can get some good advice on what valving to run. It's enough of a pain to get the coils off to do the revalve that I want/need to get it right the first time... Currently my valving is: (i'm pretty sure) That is stock king valving mind you not icon... (also I re-valved my rears last weekend so I know I can do it :D)

    Compression
    .012x1.75
    .012x1.60
    .010x1.0
    .020x1.45
    .020x1.30
    .020x1.15
    .020x1.0

    Rebound
    .015x1.75
    .015x1.60
    .015x1.45
    .012x1.30
    .012x1.15
    .012x1.0

Not hard to spray some clear coat on them... Mine are spray painted black where ever there's exposed metal. But I will say that my drivers side rear shock appears to be shot after +/- 50k miles. When I installed my b110s the old fox remote resi shock has no rebound to it. It just stays where you compress it. :notsure:
