Never heard of or experienced any issues like that with the dclb but I guess if it ever happens maybe I won't freak out as much.

the mounts are on the outside of the triangle openings. the bar itself has to slide through the openings then fits just inside the vertical flat sections. you'll have to cut out the rubber for the mounts and drill through top. the nut and bolt

Yeah thats what i was thinking.. i wonder if a cradle mount would work, if i still trimmed the rubber too. I don't mind drilling through the bumper, i would just rather not if i can find another way. Is the led bar a 30" or a 32"?

finally getting around to modifying and installing my bushwackers...

got the rears on, still need some fine tuning for the cut lines and cap off the cut edge with some trim...

front holes don't all line up as easily as the rear, but nothing a little drilling can't fix...going to see if i can get those in tonight and start trimming both F&R to match bumper lines a bit better...

idea was to leave as much on as i could and cut back from there as needed..

i'm hoping that the tires will tuck up in there so i don't have to make them as small as my last flares..

fronts are on and got some additional trimming done to match the bumper lines better. both F&R have the bottom lips cut off and use all factory holes except for one drilled hole each side up front.

Yea looks real good. Might need to do that, I've had a warning from a cop about the tires sticking out further than the fender flares.
