    I finally heard back from Adam. He says they're suppose to be like that so that there's no rubbing at full stuff. I guess it makes sense, but I just wish I caught that before installing. Maybe I'll have to just trim the flares to make it line up

    Much easier to cut plastic then steel I would of wanted it that way now you can cut for 35's!

    Yeah it was a lot easier to cut the flair, that's for sure. It's just getting the flares off without breaking the clips is a PITA.

    And yeah idk about 35s just yet lol

    Thanks man. I got the bigger one, I think it's 62". You can see that it runs the length of the cab, almost too big. I'm curious to see how the 48" compares

    Oh okay. I'm looking to get one for my camper shell and I'm torn between the sizes. My buddy got the larger one for the roof of his Cherokee and it seems huge. I don't want to get the 48" if it'll look too small though....I've never seen that one on a Tacoma before

    If you have a 5ft bed, the rack might be too big (by 2"). See if your buddy will let you borrow his so you can see the fit

    oh btw, I painted mine with bedliner. It comes with a super glossy finish and makes it look real cheap. I had to change that quickly

    Cool, thanks. I don't think I want the rack to be any larger than my shell. I think that would look silly. Have you had any rust issues?

    Finally installed! King extended coilovers with 700lb springs

    Still have to play around with the ride height. Hard for me to compare because I didn't measure before installing, and I have glass fenders so it doesn't compare to anyone else's.

    Was using the King adjuster tool, but it got to a point where I couldn't crank anymore. The tip of the tool even got bent.

    Good to know. Never adjusted coilovers, but I'll keep it in mind. Looks good MJ. Ian, I haven't seen you in awhile... Hope we sync up on the trails this summer.
