    Hello TW,

I feel my truck has slowly started to come together so it’s worthy of a build thread. I have never really introduced my self either. My name is Max I live in Eugene and Pacific City Oregon. I’m not an experienced off roader but I’ve been keeping a close eye on the meet and greet threads so I can meet some of you folks and do some light wheeling! All comments on my build are welcome.

    Truck specs:
2010 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab, SR5, V6, Auto,4x4. I bought the truck new from Dick Hannah in Washington February of 2010.

Only pictures I have of it stock:

I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to own a new taco. I'm nowhere near having it paid off though:rolleyes: I bet you paid your escort with cash!

Nice build. You make it out to sand lake since your so close? I love to stop and eat at the bar and watch the rock and Dory fleet. Love Pacific City. Spent alot of time there when I was a kid.

    April 2012 Update:

Got an OEM toolbox off of Eric’s old second gen a few months back.

Being a poser with the Relentless sticker for awhile until summer when I order some sliders and possibly a front bumper.

Installed using the bed rail system, steel squares and carriage bolts.

Decided I wanted a full 7” screen to look cleaner and a rear USB so I swapped out decks for the Kenwood DDX-719.

Bought an Escort Passport 8500 X50 and hardwired it in. Still need to get the “super cup” for mounting, as the original suction cup-mounting bracket is flimsy.

That’s it for now. Saving up for a Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II so the taco mods have been put on hold for a while.
