Thanks ! The tube bumper is weld on . I really like how everything is turning out so far but need to slow it down LOL . Already dropped 5 k in a month and a half . All this before the plates even arrived ! . Just got my plates today so I'm off for a bit .

I didnt feel a difference . I'm thinking the stock bumper weighed about 35 lbs and the new one says it weighs 72 lbs .

When you cut that lower crossmember on the frame on the bumper build, did the frame try to tweak on you at all before you welded in the new crossmember tube?

Naw man not at all .The burly one is just behind it . But I didn't go mash on it either until the bumper was built .

Where I live metal has gone way up over the last couple years . I went to summit steel and they didn't have what I needed so I had to order a half sheet . It was 5052 h-32 . I did luck out though because I ordered 1/8 for $150 a half sheet but when I picked it up the next day and got it home it was actually 3/16 ! 3/16 was quoted at $230 for a half sheet . My skid took a little less then a half sheet and sold the rest for $120.

Thanks . I'm happy with how it's turning out . Some of my next mods I'm planning are some TC stock length lowers ,Spindle gussets , header , sub . Liking your truck as well I check in once in a while to see how it's coming along .
