    Not the first time either. They had my photo in their website and I emailed them about it. I didn't ask them to take it down. And they took it down

    You can either ask them to take it down or ask them to pay you for the advertising. I would get on it right away

    Its illegal to use a photo that is not yours for advertising without consent. And technically they should be paying you for using your picture and truck for an advert.

    It doesn't matter if the picture has a watermark or not, some of the more shady companies will just crop/or photo shop it out. has happened to me several times with several different companies. One of those businesses is a vendor here at TW. The photographer (SiRMarlon) who took the pictures has taking action each and everytime the issue comes up.
