I did the same this month. i installed my ARB bumper on my 2005 double cab too. i couldn't believe how easy it was to install.. I was wondering... does yours vibrate against the fender when your off roading? i stuck my sock between the left fender and bumper and it stopped.. just wondering if yours does this. or i just installed to high to the fender.

Did you follow the instructions? It said to leave x amount between the bumper and fender.

    I dont have that problem.

No it doesnt rub but when I installed it I made sure to put a piece of wood between the fender and the bumper to leave a gap to keep it from rubbing. Just by looking at it I new that it will have some give cause of the wieght and flex. it was a B---ch to get right but it only took one try with the wood pieces as a guide.

I am curious about the fog lights on these new arb bumpers, if i have the hid bulbs in my stock fog lights will they fit in the arb fogs? i would like to keep them without having to buy a different set.
