    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
    Don't do that. I ignorred mine and it turned out to be the alternator belt. Eventually it went away and I was so happy until my battery light came on... Belt slipped off the alternator and I barely made it home running on the battery :eek:

    Take it easy mang. Could just be the cold. Unless other in your area aren't having the same issue.

    Just swap a new one on.

    My only concern is that it went from 15 second duration to closer to 30seconds and the outside temps haven't been much colder...

    How do the grooves look? Any cracks, or an abundance of cracks in them?

    Why not just tighten it. Its just a bolt or do 2nd gens have something diff? If you have one belt, would be even more sucky if it jumped off.

    It is automatically tensioned by the spring tensioner. No manual adjustment available.

    My belt on my Subi squeals for a bit as well, until it warms up. Then again, I can tighten that one, and did.

    Perhaps an idler bearing?

    Not caring to swap the old injectors back in, as they might still actually be good, I came across another fuel issue last night. After a brief test drive, it still rather relative good, compared to before the injectors swap, but not great. Decided to lower the pressure on the FPR. That ended up not working, as it took far to many turns to get the pressure to drop just a few psi. Far more than it took to raise the pressure, not to long ago.

    Fortunately for me, I already had another waiting patiently for install.
