We are moving on to the front bumper. The truck is so much wider up front & the suspension articulates so far up that the KR Fab bumper has to go.

The new bumper is very contoured to the custom fenders. It will be super, super solid.

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
Bumper looks insane! Looking forward to hearing how the testing goes.

The wheels are 17x9 KMC Addicts. Specs here http://www.amazon.com/Wheels-XD-Series-Addict-XD798/dp/B0025KV35O

Why the hell would I run spacers up front? I had to make custom fenders to just fit the wheels as is.

so just based off the measurements you provided barring your not running a 14" wide tire, the solo kit has to measure out to 6" over!!!!!

not that its a bad thing, but it makes a huge difference for trail rigs

Wheel Mounting Surface. Factory 2nd gen is 65" so your +4.5 kit should measure around 74" Just curious how close to that it really is.

The flat surface the wheel studs are sticking out of.

How would you measure that though? Do you make the measurement at full droop, or try to bring the suspension under load to estimate ride height? I'm sure there is a big difference with how long these arms are.
