He claims there are new shocks coming my way soon...all I know is the air bumps don't even touch the plate before the shocks are done playing...

Its probably a 12" travel shock? Isnt the plan to do a shock relocation anyways?

Sick build! I just placed my order on high clearance rear from billy. Did you ever get the extra leaf for the Dakar's?

    No
SUA will be off the drawing board once he feels this joker flex when the new shocks come in
No extra leaf. I ran that exact same bumper with a 3 pack AAL and it was fine. The stock rear bumper with hitch is actually quite heavy so these high Clearance ones only add a few pounds.

I think he should keep the SOA and do the relocate with a shock hoop.

That's the route I want to take eventually, needed something for this wheeling season though.

We'll see! I can't wait to flex it out with proper length shocks

Also a possibility down the road, we have a bunch of guys locally and some of them pull damn near the same #s as those with 12" shocks and a relocate

SOA will start out performing your front end...then bypasses...it's a silly hole to get into considering your staying with our crew for 3 more years!!!

My best friend has a sick ass long travel that he built in his garage. This thing gets 18" of droop on triple bypasses, I'm not sure on his bump. Regardless before he went SUA, he was able to get 14" of droop with a custom shock hoop and a 12" shock with spring over. He did this all by changing the angle of the shock to the axle and where it was mounted to the axle

Yes- even at the mall I can go full bump up front with #700 springs. (Again, I'm full steel armor w/ winch)

*sigh* probably not. The rear should be finished up though. I can't wait to test my droop on the crack on seven mile rim :spy:
