Hey, did you tighten or add anything to the knobs on the bed cubby covers to keep them from rattling loose whilst getting bouncy? I just picked up some new ones since mine were commandeered by the crack-heads who stole my tailgate. Mine always rattled free and came off, and the ones i just got seem even more loose?

Haven't had that issue. The drivers' side is tight probably due to having so many ratchet straps stuffed in there but the passenger's side is empty and it is tight too. I think I've opened the passenger side like twice though. Is there a lip on it that you could run some rubber or something to tighten it up?

Sometimes the screw that holds the latch assemble gets loose causing the latch to come unlatch easily. At least in my case.

How are y'all calculating just total miles/gas put in or are you recalculating for the larger tires as well

Spent Saturday with the lady driving around Nevada checking out more old mining sites and ghost towns. This time we started out of Reno and hit dirt just north of Mina, heading east to Simon mine/town and then onto Goldyke. Put a little under 400 miles on the odometer, 80 of which were on dirt. Spent a total of 12 hours out exploring, it was a great day.

    Typical lonely NV highway

    Awesome build!

Did you use the little black mounting bracket that comes with the Cobra 75 by chance?

    Thanks!

Negative on the bracket. I just screwed it into the side of the center console. Its out of the way enough that it doesn't get bumped so its holding pretty solid.

Do you still have the bracket and the C washer pieces it includes by chance? I bought a secondhand Cobra that didn't include it, but am looking for one. Otherwise I might just find a way to mount the box connector in a switch blank somehow.

I think so, let me look when I get home and I'll let you know. If so you can have them.
