It's never too late to start the mods!!
No doubt, bugs the hell out of me. I'm thinking of getting some rubber weatherstripping type material and trying to wedge it in between the dash and the window on the passenger side since that is where it sounds like its coming from. It would be ideal if I could sit in the passenger seat and dick with it while we were driving around with it rattling but the wife no drive manual (which is something else I need to address :D).

Know what drives me crazy. With my drivers side window rolled all the way down it squeaks like crazy. I have to roll it up just barely poking above the door to make it stop

This weekend I pulled my carpet, lined the floor with 20 sq/ft of Dynamat, and installed vinyl flooring. There are no holes for the mat anchors for the Weathertech mats but so far they seem to be staying put pretty well. I still have the anchors so if I need to cut a hole and throw a grommet in there I have the option.

And after driving around yesterday the Dynamat does make a significant difference in the level of road noise in the cab. Pretty sure I'll do the rest of the truck when I remove the headliner for switches install.

Pretty happy with the flooring; now I can just wipe it clean instead of having to vacuum.
