Under hood work light

Had some scrap wire and alligator clamps laying around and a $10 dollar tractor light from Northern Tool. So I figured I would make a work light with about 15ft of reach. The light has a bolt in it for mounting..well I threaded it into the inner fender and coiled the wire around it. There are a few empty threaded holes on the drivers side.

Just picked up a vector 800w inverter. Thought about mounting it Behind the glove box somewhere, and taking the plugs out and extending one to the center console and one under my tool box in the bed...?
