Colin, what size Dynapro's are you running? The 35x12.5 or the 315/70's?

Not bad? I thought my grabbers were heavy at 70lbs for a 33.

got mine when I sliced the sidewall on my 33s, so I was in a rush to get the tires in. Amazon prime only had the 315s at the time, so 35 x --- x 17 wasn't an option

Ok, so that's a load range D tire. I've seen your sidewalls go through some abuse and they flex pretty nicely. Wonder how the 35x12.5 will perform considering it's a load range E tire.

it's as close to an indestructible tire as you'll get.

the dynapros go to a "race" sidewall, as hankook calls it when you go to a 37, so even though it's a 2'' taller tire, it jumps up something like 30 lbs. pitbulls may have a similar jump somewhere in their size ranges.

Colin, did you measure the actual height of your 315's when you got them? Just curious how they run in size.

they do flex nicely for how durable they are, however, for my weight, I have to keep them at 38-40 psi to get a good chalk line test.

    because tar fleks...

I can re-measure, but I want to say they measured an actual 35'' before mounted to the wheel. i'll get another measurement on the wheel, on the ground, since we're running the same wheels.

I like that you can buy the Dynapro's on Amazon with Prime! :D

The 315's are listed at $261 a piece. That's not bad at all considering the reviews on them.

yeah, awesome price for them. I think they just haven't hit the big name tire market like some of the other makes/models. they're getting there though. they were about $20 cheaper a pop when I got mine last year.

also, the absurdity of $3.99 a tire to have it to you less than 48 hours later is entertaining :D

I guess it's time to get out the sawzall and the big hammer. :D

Bye bye fenders. Oh, and the ARB is getting a trim as well. Can't have it cutting up shiny new tires.

+1 for the kooks, been beating on mine all summer and they have performed flawlessly. The 295/75/16 is a unique size as well, middle ground from a 33 to a 35.

    took a measurement over lunch.

this picture is for illustration purposes only. when I actually took the measurement, i measured the level of the ground i was parked on, and matched the level with the ruler. i just don't have enough hands to take a picture with the level in place.
laser range finder is measuring from the face of the scale, not from where the laser comes out of the front, so the body of the range finder is accounted for.

and here's the actual measurement. at a fraction over 34'', it would make sense that one would measure 35'' unloaded, and without 15,000+ miles or wear on them

You and your fancy tools! Thanks for the measurement. Now to see if I can ship these directly to my local import place that does road force balancing.

i was actually in a hotel in Kansas city when i had to get mine in for the torn sidewall. i just went in to tire rack and asked if i could have Amazon ship them there. they had no issue with it (called me as soon as they came in), and of course amazon worked like a charm.
