    Well I clamped it all together as per instructions but I had to reverse it because the part that was marked tailgate was for the cab... So I reversed the whole project. The hardest part was the cover... Zero stretching lol!

    Weird.. I just put mine together, put it on the bed, put the back part of the cover on, clamped the whole thing down, then snapped the cover on. Mine didnt take too much stretching? Although I also installed it in July when it was like 85+ degrees out.

    yeah might have helped.. Its a bitch in the winter but I dont usually remove it in the winter because I prefer my bed to stay snow free lol

    Yeah I went from 3.5 ratio to a 4.10 ratio.. Now I'm just breaking in the gears... Hopefully get the locker installed this weekend.

    The 4.10 and third member was around $1900. Install cost was a 4 pack of monsters, 6 pack of root beer :)rofl:). I have some awesome friends!

    Yeah when I went from stock to 4.10s the speedometer was still incorrect with my 31"s. I had to order a different speedogear to get it right. Is you speedometer correct now???
