Thanks dude, thing rips!! Right now it's at 28 pounds even with a dh front tire and some heavy flat pedals.. I'll get her below 28 in the near future though. Not bad for a 6 inch bike though

28 is perfect! Good build man!

Here's my other bike, I barely ride it but it's a damn good climber.

Thanks to the homie Anthony(DTFtacoma) for the sweet install. Pretty much plug and play! Anthony says this kit DEFINITELY gets the DTF approval for being such well machined.

After installing, drove straight to the alignment shop and had them do everything within factory spec, but with added caster (3 degrees each side) to help self centering with the bigger 285's.

The Kit:

The only drawback to this kit: doesn't come with steering rack boots! Pretty stupid IMO.

However, I sourced out a universal "cut to fit" steering rack boot kit you can find at your local Autozone made by Dorman that we used on this steering upgrade kit: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...er=964568_0_0_

No more wimpy factory tie rods!
Damn it matt quit making Anthony so busy I need some work done! Hahaha

VERY nice Rocky Mountain! Sadly, I've owned 2 V10 carbons and I barely gave them any seat time before selling them---I'm not really a DH guy.

Hey Matt what are you running for Belly protection behind the IFS? Do you have the TRD skid on behind the DTF bumper? I really like the DTF bumper but not sure about what I would use from the IFS back to the cross member for protection.

At the moment nothing behind the front diff. Not sure what the TRD optional skid covers, but I don't think it it goes that far behind either. Wouldn't be hard to have some extra belly protection fabbed up though!

The TRD skid is in 2 pieces. The rear piece is from the IFS back to the crossmember.
