Started out on this forum in 2008 with a 2002 PreRunner. Sold it in 2010 and bought a BMW 325xi, went back to the good 'ol trusty Tacoma early 2013.

Originally a 2008 Super White PreRunner Double Cab, TRD Off Road Rugged Trail Edition. Now a mutt, 4xPreRunner Off Road with a sport skewp hood

The goal is to have an expedition capable DD with an emphasis on simplicity and reliability. I had built the truck slowly until 2020 when I decided to finally convert to 4x4. Over the 7 years of ownership, I had a done more than a few things to it that trading/selling/rebuilding a new truck wasn’t practical. Some stimulus cash and couple weekends and I was able to add 4x4.. plus 4.88s, a front ARB, and new wheels and tires.
