Ah! it appears i was wrong.

    Quoted from Kings site:

"A single rate spring is a single coil on the shock. As the coil compresses the rate increases at a linear rate. If the spring rate for that coil is 300lbs per inch then compressing that coil one inch generates 300lbs., two inches generates 600lbs., 3 inches equals 900lbs - See more at: http://www.kingshocks.com/category/king-products/springs/#sthash.ZqwIArtG.dpuf
    "

    Okay so yea,

All of them use a "linear" or progressive coil. So basically the more it compresses, the higher the spring rate goes.

    Icon does us digressive valving

    King/Fox/Saw use Progressive.

Digressive valving means they are stiff at slow speeds, the faster you go, the softer they get.

Progressive valving is the opposite, they are soft on the street or slower speeds, and the faster you go and hit shit, the softer they are.

    Different feeling to drive basically.

First off let me say how I think your truck looks amazing. And that you also take some great pictures of it. I actually bought the Pelfreybilt Front Plate Bumper after looking at many pictures of your truck.

Second off i have a few questions about your Uniden 520xl CB radio with 2' Firestik antenna and Relentless fab hood mount.

    1) How did you ground your antenna using that mount?
    2) Is the mount powder coated?
    3) How is the reception on the 2ft?
    3) And how did you mount your CB radio? (any pictures?)

I have the same CB, and the 4ft firestik antenna is in the hood channel and i want to move it and use the Relentless fab bracket. and maybe a 3ft or 2ft antenna like you set up. Appreciate your time fellow TacomaWorld Member.

    Thanks again!

    Hey Cam! Thanks :)

    1) I used the fire ring coax cable made by firestik:

    2) Nope just painted black with rustoleum flat black.

    3) The 2' is good for reception out to about 3 miles. It is a bit noisier than the 5' I have. But overall it is great and I love the short guy for getting into my garage and under everything and not looking outrageous with a crazy tall antenna.

3 #2 :D ) Radio is mounted in the passenger footwell. Nothing fancy.

Awesome Marc! Thanks for all that, I do appreciate it.

That's a good spot for the CB, i need to take mine out of the center console and utilize it again. I just installed a few weeks ago and its a great low budget/compact radio that does everything you need.

Me and some of the guys on the NW meet forum went on a trip last weekend and i could hear them just great with a 4ft but it kept hitting the trees and was all over, i realized when im this close i dont need this huge one.

    Keep up the good work!
