First thing I did was removed the mud flaps and TINT. Originally I just matched the rears but it wasn't enough. I went back and had then put 20% over the rears and 15% up front.

From the pic above you can see that next on my list was tires. I did a lot of research and finally decided on 265/70/16 General Grabber AT2. Awesome tires.

I need to get my tint redone (it's just regular tint, I want ceramic - makes a huge difference), and like how it looks dark... 15%'s pretty low transmission, though - any issues seeing at night (particularly on poorly lit roads)?

I wanted to upgrade the suspension. I know everyone says 5100s but I really didn't want to lift it with the current tires. I just wanted a better ride and a level.

2012 TRD Shocks

ToyTec 3/4" Top Plate Spacer

Ready to install

Started off with the rears (easy)

Then the front

Old

New

Done

It is harder to see at night, but not really an issue. Backing up in dark areas is the hardest.

The new suspension setup drives great. Its not night and day but very happy with the ride and look.

PS: my 55mph shake/vibe got better.

I thought about doing them black. Still not sure.

The ride is great. She is sitting perfect (for now).
