TwentyAte's Build (Livin on a budget)

Hi All,

I thought it would be cool to track my mods on the forum so stay tuned to the little mods.

My end goal for my taco is a Pre-Runner Desert mid travel suspension setup.

This is what the truck looked like when i bought it

 

Cleaned up the paint prior to Plasti-dip


Taped and covered everything.


It took way more paint that i was expecting to get minimal coverage.


It's a terrible picture but it turned out really nice! 5 coats later......

I also went cheap and added the ProComp leveling kit since the stock stance was hideous.

 

Looks good been thinking about dipping my roof as well... Will be on the to-do list for sure...

 

Looks good. Already came with a few nice mods like BHLM's and a satoshi.

 

I purchased the lights from oznium.com and so far am very pleased at night loading up the truck for Moto/camp trips.

It took me a little over 3 hours to complete the install and when it was all said and done the switch that i purchased wouldn't fit in the factory switch slots even when the website claimed it would.

I removed all storage compartments and began my layout






This model of LED has a lens that projects the light in a more even tone. So far its a really nice light for its purpose. http://www.oznium.com/led-bolt


If anyone knows where i can find a factory light switch please let me know

Thanks, so far the Plasti-dip hasn't peeled or bubbled and i think it makes the truck much more aggressive even with stock tires and wheels.
