It's held up so far, haven't had the flag mounted for a couple weeks. Took it down since there was a week of Thunder storms and rain, haven't put it back up yet. It's held up doing about 60 mph bur haven't gone faster at highway speeds yet

ok so it's been a little while since i've done an update on Laylah...and a lot has changed in the month and a half...so here it goes! OP is updated with new pictures :D

    - fixed my damn drum brake issue, replaced the hardware then fixed my brakeline issue that Restylers fucked up when they put my rear lines up front...so all lines/brakes are now 100% and in the correct place and functional again!! (yay for having braking power again!!!)
    - got my bumper from SOS offroad Concepts and mounted that and my winch up!
    - swapped out my lame-o flat hood for a super +50hp skewpd hood :p I traded my factory bumper for the hood hehe
    - I also kinda tried to drown my truck at boggs and boulders last month at a meet lol
    - and the best part of it all, last month I got my ratings! so im no longer in training anymore for air traffic  :D

me trying to drown Laylah in the mud haha
    [IMG]

got my bumper in last friday and got it mounted up saturday, had to buy an angle grinder since I didnt have one so I could cut the factory tie down loop so the bumper would fit on
    [IMG]

dat skewp tho :p I also painted the exposed silver areas black

You should paint the roof black to match the hood. I think it would tie it all in together nicely. Looks good though!

relocated my diff breather to the bedside cubby finally. Now I just need to see if my pinion seal is actually leaking since there was some dirt in the original breather

alright so I need some second opinions on this as Im not sure what I want to do with my hood. I can either keep it black and plasti dip the roof black and glossify it with their glossifier to match OR I can sand the hood down and color match it silver...hmmm, thoughts?

So the attempt dipping the roof black didn't turn out 100% like I wanted it to. It looks ok, but I'll most likely peel it off soon whenever I decide to buy some vinyl and do it that way
