I made a bumper, deer creamed the old one

 

When all u got is a nice tig welder, a cutoff wheel and a ratchet strap to make those nice bends in square tube, time consuming but final product is bitchin

 

Got my new lights mounted up today PIAA 510s

 

Machined up a lower front skid, welded the mount tabs today

 

took her up to service today

 

, came home from work, had a bunch of stuff show up while I was gone, springs, u bolt flip, limit strap clevis', resi mounts, bamf shock tower kit, cab chop plates, kings should be here maybe this weekend, and waiting for new bumps but that wont stop me from the big stuff

 

and I found sum snow while I was at work

 

Just showed up today king 2.0 12" resis, for the back

 

Do you have anymore pics of your bumper showing the build process? Also, do you have pictures of how you relocated/added a new cross member?

No pictures, but it wasn't difficult, sawzall right below the frame rails, be very careful not to touch the radiator. Get sum square tube(I had sum extra 1" left from bumper) trim to fit in between the rails and weld er up. And if your mig welding cover up your radiator!!, but if you TIG much more peacefull, sorry if I'm not scientific, if your competent with power tools it's really easy. Also, my bumper is braced between the two mount points as well so it's like a removable doubler. And if I'm not mistaken prerunners don't even have the crossmember on the front?

Progress so far on the rear, been workin on this steady for 2 days now, pain in the butt getting the old towers off the frame, axle mounts were easy to cut off
