Good start! So those lights going on the roof I take it. It will be interesting to see how they look when you get them done. Hey just a quick tip. If you want those nice headlights to stay looking brand new have a local shop put clear bra on them. I did it to mine after I did my BHLM and they still look awesome.

Thanks man!! I was gonna put the cab lights on this weekend but we got about 4 inches of snow. Maybe you did too! I was thinking about a clear bra! I might pick up a can of clear coat plastidip and do it that way! I've heated it works just as good. And when it gets a couple rock chips you can just peel it right off and spray another couple coats on! I haven't seen many cab lights put on tacomas. I take it it's because no one wants to drill holes in there roof! I had recon cab lights but they were to long length wise. They kind of stuck up on both sides and would have let water in and rusted around the hole I would be drilling. I tried these plasma glow ones on here (they were on back order for about a month) and they fit perfectly. I like the quality of the light a lot more also. So we will see when I get around to it! :oldglory:

I have never seen a spray on clear coat that held up to our winters and our liquid deicer. Now a clear Plasti-Dip I have never seen done so that would be interesting. The clear bra is thick enough to absorb rocks so I am not getting chips.

I need to take the clear coat off of the headlights I put on my wife's 4 Runner and get them clear bra'd. It's flaking all over the place.

Take some good install pics on those roof lights I am curious to see how they come out. And yeah I fun in the snow yesterday too. :D

The plan was to get the cab lights on this coming weekend. But it looks like I might have surgery this Wednesday as I have ruptured my pectoral major where it's attaches to the bone near the underarm... So we will see how I feel. I've been itching to put those suckers on for 2 weeks now. Looks like the mods will be put on hold for a few months as my truck is a manual and I won't be able to shift with my arm. :(

Although I'm a crippled managed to get some help from my dad to put the cab lights on! I'm not aloud to drive it still but I can still drool over it. I'm gonna get some black silicon to seal up the areas where I have so,e suspicion for possible leakage. I am very happy with the outcome!! Can't wait to get back to driving it!
