AsphaltCowboys build

This is long overdue! This my first truck of many to come. I'm so lucky to have great parents to buy me such a wonderful little truck. I love it even if it doesn't blow black smoke!! I'm not quite sure how this works but I'll just start.

In the first few pictures you can see that I got it completely stock with the little lawn mower wheels and all there glory!! A couple of months after I got it the mod bug bit me. I started to itch for a little bit louder exhaust. I saved up all summer working on a ranch to get it! Installed and everything it cost me about 550 dollars!! I'll post what it looks like now a little later! And my posts might be slightly weird because I'm doing this on an iPad!

Dual exhaust!!

Love the way the exhaust sounds! I think the John Deere hitch cover adds a nice look

Nice work. That looks really good and I am considering doing that to my emblem.

What to get..

I think I've decided I'm going to save for a lift kit this summer. Maybe some toy tech coil overs and aal's. Suggestions?

I'm guessing your are going w/ a 3 in lift. Be prepared to get new UCAs so your alignment will be set correctly or your truck will "wander" at highway speeds. Nice job so far. I'm not a fan of plastic dip myself but glad you like it. Looks like you did a nice job of it. Thank your parents again. Nice truck. I have to do the same for my daughter in about six months.

Yeah i don't wanna overdue the plastidip because then it starts looking cheap!! I just don't have money for actual black rims! I want a lift pretty bad. Thanks for the warning though man! I didn't think about the UCA's. I know not many people are fans of spacers in the front and back but ow do you feel about them. As I will not be doing to much off-roading.

Good start. If you want a good budget lift, the 5100s seem to be a popular option, and you can pair them with an add a leaf out back and get some lift.
