    Thank you!

I'm not a big fan of the LED lights inside. I kind of like the soft glow of the OEM lights compared to the bright light of the LED's.

This is the mount. I had to do a little modification to it to make it fit the Note 3. There are 2 adjustment screws on the back of the mount. Remove them and throw them away. Put your phone in the mount and adjust it to fit. Mark on the back of the mount where the adjustment is and superglue it in that location. I then used heavy duty 3M tape to place it where it is mounted in the truck. Hasn't moved since and it is a perfect place to mount it since everything is at your fingertips.

*EDIT* I just bought This Mount so it will be a little less obtrusive. I'll update on Tues when it comes in. It will be mounted in the same place though.

I've got a 2013 too and have been eyeing running some wires up to the overhead console. I've seem some pics with headliners removed and I've noted the channel that runs along the windshield. Did you run your detector wire through there? Did you pull down the headliner? If so, is it clipped? If not, can you pull wires through the channel after removing the driver's side post cover?

No.. I didn't pull the headliner out. I used a j-tool kind of like a hook and just pulled it down enough to run the cable under the headliner. I removed the A-Pillar and ran it down that straight to the port.

I'm curious if I could use a cable puller down that channel. I'm pondering using the front sunglasses holder for light switches. TRD OR doesn't have but two blanks.

    Craig,

Thanks for the info on the mount! That thing is awesome! I'm getting one!... I have an adaptec CD mount which fits in the CD slot, but the phone is so big it blocks the Stereo LCD screen...lol The darn Note 3 is so big in my pocket, I hope the magnetic ring doesn't protrude too much in my pocket...haha

I hear ya on the LED's vs. Soft White in the cab, but I sold my Lexus which had the LED interior so I'm use to it...:)...

    Cheers!

I was worried about that too but it sticks out less than 1/4 inch off the phone. It won't bother you at all other than your phone won't lay flat anymore on a flat surface.

    Grats man!

Make a build thread and show us the pics!

It's a Fabtech 3" lift. Eventually I plan on getting Billy 5100's, but since the shocks are so new (2014) only a few weeks old...I'll drop the dime on those in a few months. Ride is a little edgier, but nothing crazy. It's a truck...not a Lexus right?...lol I'll put up a pic tomorrow since it was dark when I got home...

Thanks Bro! Yeah...the 275's are perfect under the wheel well. Only the side wall is poking which is what I was trying to maintain. I originally planned on 285's, but I think they stick out to far, so I'm glad I went with the less wider. No rubbing or trimming required with the 3" lift and 275's either. I might have to add a leaf to the rear I think. The profile seems a little lower by a fraction to the eye and I want more of a rake from the back forward. The current lift is a Fabtech bushing lift. I was gonna go with a shock coil lift, but I want to do a little more research until then. And the Fab-tech lift is fairly inexpensive until then. You wouldn't believe how much I used this forum in determining the right size and wheel/tire combo. It's truly a great forum for ideas from all the great guys on here like you. Now it's time to ride!!! Lol

Did you have to take the flaps off for clearance or did you just like the look better? I'm old...kinda like the function of the flaps.

Craig...I don't think I warrant a build page in some respects. I mean heck...all I've done is slap on a spacer lift and some wheels /tires. A couple color matched items and a couple light bulbs...LMAO!

Now.... you're in a different league of your own. Carriage protection, fabrication and full on suspension mods to Da Max...lol

Maybe eventually I'll do something in a build page when I feel worthy in the presence of Taco owners like you..:) I'm at the base camp for now...and you're approaching the summit!:D
