Looks good, Phil! How are you liking the MTZs? Now you can actually have a conversation in the truck compared to the Mud grapplers! Shouldn't be much louder than the duratracs. After they wore down a little, my duraracs became louder than my MTZs. I rotate mine frequently, every 3k with my oil change, but they still look and sound good at 13k miles.

If you keep the pressure up, they should be fine. With 265s I ended up at 38f 36r. I do a lot of stop and go driving since I live in town, I would probably see 30k at the rate it's wearing. You should be better off with freeway driving. I'll be dismounting mine soon. Picked up 285s. I told myself I would never buy Nitttos again after my nt555r on my G35, but I guess I'm giving them a second chance with the Trail grappler. We'll see how that goes, I just wanted 33s again.

yeah thats why i got the 285/70r17's 33x11.5 i wanted 33's so i dont have to regear. these tires are light compared to Nitto.... and i second that. doubt ill ever buy a nitto tire again.

Sweet truck man! Can you honestly tell a difference with the throttle body spacer?

Thanks man. At first i would say yes... but at this point i am not sure. i work at a toyota dealership so i drive brand new stock trucks every day. i do know for a fact mine has a much better throttle response even with the lift and tires. but that might be a combination of everything ive done at this point.

    Thanks!

What's your opinion on the intake manifold spacer? Looking at doing a similar setup as you. Just curious to know since you live in a terrain like I do with hills/mtns. Looking for that lil extra bottom end

After riding in my friends Nissan with the Intake manifold spacer and riding in one without, i figured i would have to give it a try. I really like it. i can tell there is more lower end torque. A few friends that have ridden in my truck say mine has more power off the line than theirs.
