Ebrake cable is good. Socalduckslayer mentioned utilizing a spring to allow the cable to droop and be pulled back up after droop. But for now it actually has enough slack to be fine

Limiting factor seems to be the wiring for the elocker. I am going to add a bracket to allow that to hang a little more. Also will probably use springs just like with the ebrake cable to keep from hanging down.

I am going to try and flex it out on Wednesday to see if I need straps or not. Believe I still have a inch of travel left in the shocks when the shackles stopped down travel.

So sick... Im debating the shackle flip. I worried about wieght with my swingout bedrack, rtt, and camping gear. I have the BAMF relocation so my leafs are now the limiting factor.

Thanks! Yeah I debated it for a while and decided to go with it and longer shackles. So far it rides the same as before. I load mine out with the same as you, unless your bedrack is steel?

Nitro 4.88's came in today! Will be another busy weekend doing gears and my front locker. Can't wait to tear it all apart, hopefull pull the front out today or tomorrow, drive it like a pre runner for a few days while I build my third.

Install is in progress.... The stub shaft to clamshell weird headed 11mm bolts stripped out. Was able to get three out with a impact, had to cut the third off. All apart though, just waiting on the new bolts and a gasket for the rear carrier to housing.

Yeah, needed a bearing splitter. They are hard to come by, until I realized harbor freight had them. Hate getting harbor freight crap though. Should be done tomorrow night though

Pay someone, would have been $560 for front and rear if I took them the 3rds after I pulled them out. Or just order completes from ECGS. If I run out of time, I will just pay the shop. Just prefer to do everything myself. Glad I can drive my truck still with the front out though.

Installed the OME Carrier Bearing Drop kit yesterday. Took about 2 minutes and completely fixed the shudder/vibration I had when driving from a stop.

That worked well for me as well. Just need to get rid of this axle wrap on launch.

I get it man. Im just not going to have that kinda time in the next couple months with the work I need to do on my new house, the camping/wheeling trips, weddings, and work. Ive had an arb compressor just sitting in my garage. I dont even have time to install it. Hopefully this weekend. Your truck looks great by they way. Im Planning on doing many of the mods you have done/doing. Looks like we may meet at HV and I can check out your truck in person.

Stupid question, my first truck, always had cars before and that was what I mostly worked on as a mechanic. But what does axel wrap feel like? I understand its basically your leaf springs fighting against the torque from the drive shaft. I was told be someone that relocating both my shocks to the front of my axel helped with that, but I have no idea.

I know what you mean, sold my house about a year ago, but they are a handful! Thanks, and hope to make it next weekend. My work life is craziness right now, no idea what my next few weeks will bring.
