Looks good! Where did you buy your lift and what kind of AAL?

 

From a buddy who's a service rep at a Toyota dealer, cost roughly $1100. This was me bringing the tires and rims seperate, having them balance and move the sensors, then the lift installed, and the truck was aligned. And best part is it's covered under warranty

Still have bilsteins at 2.5 in front and can get a good alignment?

 

Yeah alignment is great! no vibrations, no pull, no nothing… even driving down the i17 (roughly 80mph), the truck just floats!

 

Huh, alright. Cause I'm at 1.75 now. Gonna put 1/4" spacers for more lift and was concerned with alignment or not. Also, how much overall lift did you get?

 

Yeah it runs great, so I mean you should be okay

I think maybe a little over 2.5 or right at 2.5 from the shocks, and an inch from the tires so like 3.5 overall lift in front and back about 2.5. But I expect the front to lower a little bit as every settles and get worn in

You may want to look into just replacing the stock shocks with elbachs and setting it at 2.5, it would be a better ride and getter performance

I know where that is. I live like 1/2 mile down Lake Mary Road. All my classes are on south campus so that helps. Lol

Your truck looks great man. Did you remove your overload springs when you installed the aal?

 

I kept it on there, I saw no reason or benefit to removing it though

Near Future plans:

-55W HID hi/lo kit. melted one of my bulbs and it has an ugly bulb pattern, also not having Hi/lo is annoying, No brights.

-Following o0oSHADOWo0o and his back lit radiator. Gonna do it blue

3ton Pittsburgh floor Jack ($79)


The front runner gas can mount is on the way.
Still looking for a solution to mount my floor Jack in the bed

 

10/10/14 - gas can mount install & gas can install

Mount: Front Runners two can lockable rack mount
Hardware:
5 - 5/16 by 1/4 bolts
5 - 5/16 nuts
10 - 1/4 washers
5 - 5/16 rubber washers
5/16 drill bit (too small but made it work)

Lined up the mount with the bed groves and drilled the center hole and put a bolt/washer in it


Then drilled the other 4 holes, inserting the bolts as I went


All bolts inserted and ready to be mated on the opposite side


On the other side i used the rubber washer, to the normal, then nut


Bolted on the bottom under the truck

10/21/14 to 10/28/14 - Amber LED conversion + amber LED grill

So following the instructions of o0oSHADOWo0o, I installed the amber LEDs behind my grill to light up the radiator. Also converted all my blue led accent lights to Amber, got sick of the blue and wanted to actually see
