My buddy at work has one and loves it! It's heated and I gave him an old mini fridge for it. But I plan on finishing my lease and house hunting for a place with lots of garage space! By me everyone is lifting there homes from the results of Sandy. I'd love to buy or build a ranch raise it 10' and enclose underneath the house to have one side as a workshop and the other to hangout in. Hangout as in couch, coffee table, maybe bar... And where work boots and sandy feet are allowed.

That sounds awesome to me! When me moved from our last house my ONLY criteria when the house hunt began was a garage/workshop space.
Here we are two years into our newest home of 4 in 12 years.

...did I mention we don't have a garage:(
I'm holding out for the next house:eek:

My house I just moved from had a 2 car garage that was awesome as a workshop man cave. I made a work bench, built shelves, had a futon and a coffee table and stored all you need to store.. was glorious. This is when we first moved in

Now we moved to a better location but smaller house and no garage. I will for sure have a garage at the next house!

Haha it gets pretty cold. Today wasn't so bad tho, got the light bar finally wired. Last thing to do is make the fairing. I ordered 2'x4' black plexi glass to make it. I've been taking pics along the way of installing the rack but don't want to post anything till it's completely done. Heres a teaser :D

Wanted to post a fun easy DIY "coin tray cb mic bracket". Ever since I installed my cb a while back I kept the cb mic in the cup holder because I didnt know where I wanted to mount it. Recently after a trip wheeling it occurred to me the perfect spot to mount the mic would be in the right corner of the coin tray. I held the mic in that spot for the following few days and decieded that I wanted to make it a permenant spot and just needed to figure out how to do so. After a couple thoughts, I picked up a washer and it all fell into place. Took some pics of the install thinking others might want to do the same.

Mic mount looks good, I've been searching for a place to put mine for 3 years now lol, I just leave it dangle in the shifter console and it sucks but I'm too lazy to come up with a creative mod like yours :)
