Some of the first few things I did to the truck...

    Bug Shield
    Window visors
    Seat Covers
    Tint
    2012-11-24140758_df5a0669e28ec08a4389086ccf2b5ee2736425e8.jpg

Then I did the 12v anytime mod so the power outlets would always be live.
Added a topper and a bedrug, debadged and made some bedside stickers.
Also did the 400W anytime mode so the 120v outlet in the bed would never be limited to 100W. At the same time, I added a 120V outlet and a 12V outlet to the back of the console so the kids could plug all their electronics in.
    IMG_20121027_161423_ba6225f785cb45f3507d5e6f88d6c07ac4a7dc24.jpg

I put an ImMrYo Mirror bracket on to lift the rearview mirror and put in a switch that will turn the rear camera on whenever I want. Also added some LED bed lights and put a 12V outlet in the cubby next to the 120V outlet.

Sometime around May of 2013, I finally lifted the thing.
I put adjustable bilsteins on the front with the collar at the top and an add-a-leaf in the rear.
I got some wheels off craigslist with the necessary backspacing. They looked pretty bad with clearcoat peeling off the aluminum but after I painted them up I actually kind of liked them. Enough that I've kept them and don't have any plans to change them out. The fact that they're rattlecanned means that anytime they get rockrash, I just hit them with a quick spray and they're as good as used again :D
    DSC05100_zpse5ee0680_ad90541c0fa48dbd10315b4110b217f6fc3b6a10.jpg

I put shock extenders on the stock rear shocks and promptly blew them up on the first trail I ran. So I picked up some used fox shocks with remote resis and promptly blew one of them up when the bushing compressed enough to snap off the line.
    020_zps869d8d4e_e7826f2989547d95e33abc4c2165f122bcc18837.jpg
My solution was to cut a small notch out of the shock mount to clearance for the line. It's worked fine so far.

I added some BAMF sliders in July of '13 and insurance money from a tire snake that bit my front bumper allowed me to get a Pelfreybilt plate bumper.
With an added winch, I finally felt like the truck was ready to do some more serious offroading. The added weight in the front caused some serious sag, so I had to get some 886 coils and those now sit on the same bilsteins with the collar back down at the bottom.
    DSC00492_zpse031c7f4_63d1b0c30b91c36f7f23523c1054ea5241a50f21.jpg

The truck stayed pretty much like this for about a year. I put a Cobra75 CB in, painted the grill surround, put the trailer harness up in the rear bumper, relocated the rear diff vent and got some weathertech floor mats, but other than little things like that I just drove it both to work and on the trails.

The Chinaman gulch trail in Colorado showed me why I needed to A) Cut my tail pipe shorter and B) get a high clearance rear bumper when I smashed the stock pipe up into the bedside.
    DSC00901+%25281024x768%2529_00527667127168c06d88f4b99ccee967490a2dcc.jpg

The whole insurance thing had worked out so well with the front bumper that I spent all winter hoping someone would slide into me and pay for a rear bumper. No one would oblige, however, and Moab in May of '14 reinforced the need for a greater departure angle. After hitting the bumper and popping out my taillight numerous times, I just stashed the taillight in the cab of the truck until Moab was over. I had already ordered a Bruteforce Fab bumper and when it finally got here in August, I wasted no time putting it on.

The wife was pretty shocked when she came home to see me doing this...
    DSC01483_5690de3f31ffe8ef2f73dc23dd8acaab327e2b33.jpg

She now thinks the truck looks "stupider and uglier" than ever, which I take as a sign that I must be doing something right.
    DSC01488_25706aedc5aabfb2d9b267399a8cde5235fbced1.jpg

A midnight trail run convinced me I needed some ditch lights so I could see switchbacks before making the turn and getting on a bad line so the latest additions are some cheap Amazon LEDs that I mounted to the front bumper and pointed out to the sides. I used the stock fog light wiring and did the fog light anytime mod using an always on power source so that the lights come on anytime I push the button.
    e8y3uqu6_d60d369551762e07d4680534c102de4f17adb9a3.jpg

Added a lightbar and reconfigured the ditch lights. Also added some identical pods to the rear for backup lights. Switches under the climate control from t_e
    [IMG]

Finally got trans and t-case skids from RCI
Tough to get a good pic of these. As you can see, I definitely needed and will use them.
    20141213_122047_8a9f09b08292e1a04c277a8d5e85271372de948a.jpg

Made my own set of rear leaf springs by combining the originals with some old Scout leafs

Swapped out my fronts in Moab at Rock Therapy with some Kings off of @loco 's totalled truck.

Wheeler is definitely on my list. From the sounds of it, Holy Cross might be beyond both me and the truck.

Finally added a backup cam to the swingout as the spare tire blocks the stock one.

Saw your picture from Bill Moore Lake. Man that's a fun trail. Came out from California in September and hit up the trail.

Haha yeah man true that. Fun times. It sure is a pretty incredible sight when you get up to the lake up there and see the crystal clear lake and the bowl of the mountain with snow on it. Super cool
