Your truck is looking great! Thanks for the brackets, it was definitely rubbing. The squeak is still there and goes away for a few days with a good wash.. Lol I'm gonna have the shop that installed everything just re tighten the bolts. But it's all good

Yeah maybe. I couldn't decide if I wanted lights behind the grill or not. If I don't put them I'll probably get one. Or you can get it for me for Christmas

hey, how do you like your sliders at 10 degrees? Can your kids use them as steps? Is 20 degrees the normal from the factory?

 

I actually love them at 10 deg. My whole family uses them to climb in and out. I actually use them a lot myself. Helps when trying to wash my roof. 18/20 deg is the norm that everyone manfactures them at.

beautiful rig! how much were shipping fees for the all-pro sliders? Also, at 10 degrees, do they do well at protecting your door from door swing on lower vehicles? or would the standard 18/20 provide better protection?

 

thanks man! I actually got free shipping when AP had one of their Free Shipping to HI deals going on. And having them at 10 degrees is actually better for protection of door dings as the slider sticks out more. Rather than being tucked closer to the body. They stick out just enough that they're good as steps too.

 

Mounted some new lights. Still need to be wired in at this moment. I'll post up shots when they are ready to go.

Installed the Rigid SR 20



Then I stalled my BAMF grill bracket and 5x7 lights and proceeded to test for alignment.



Then off to paint everything that was reflective.



Finished product. And I ended up relocating my horns to the center and piggy backed off of the bottom bolt from the BAMF bracket. Can't really see it in this picture (thank goodness). But there wasn't a lot of room after these

What kind of paint did you use? And how did you prep it?

 

I just

I just used a flat black to hit all the bolt heads and such. Most of it was already black.
