Everybody's gotta love a SAS setup on a 2nd gen right? When this customer came to us asking if we could pull this off, we didn't hesitate to ask how big he wants to go.

How big exactly? Well...read the mod list below to get an idea.

    Drivetrain:
    Diamond Front Axle housing
    ARB Front locker
    RCV 4340 Chromoly Axle shafts
Currie F9 Rear Axle assembly (including disc brakes and chromoly axle shafts)
    ARB Rear locker
    5.29 Nitro Gears
Marlin Crawler "Taco Box" 4.70.1 ratio
FJ Cruiser manual T-case shift pattern

    Suspension:
Fox 2.5" Remote Resi Front Coilovers
Fox 2.5" DSC Remote Resi Rear Shocks
    All Pro SAS 3-link kit

    Wheels+Tires:
    17" Hutchinson Rock Monster Beadlocks
    40x13.50x17 Goodyear Wrangler MTR w/Kevlar

    Body/armor:
    Glassworks Unlimited front fiberglass fenders
All Pro aluminum front Apex plate bumper
All Pro rear plate bumper w/side panels
All Pro standard duty rock sliders

    Accessories:
ARB Twin Compressor (for air lockers and tires)
Rigid LED light bar in front bumper
    LED light bar in bed
    Warn Winch
    sPOD accessory switch management system

There's sure to be some changes made along the build, but we'll leave it there for now. So far, parts have been trickling in slowly, but the empty canvas was dropped off this morning to begin the makeover!

Kick back, subscribe, and stay tuned for updates! Also, you can find photos and videos of this build progress on our facebook page as updates become available.

Most of the old parts will be for sale, including the current AP front bumper and PIAA lights, AP front aluminum powdercoated IFS skid (brand new), AP rear powdercoated diff armor. Rear Icon VS 2.0 shocks will be for sale as well.

Please contact sean@rebeloffroad.com if there's anything you're interested in.

Why run a 8" front? Even a built axle good luck on 40's. If your sparing no expense why not run spider 9's front and rear or tons for that matter?
