The rhino liner gives it a "Dont fucking mess with me" kind of look. About a week before I saw this thread I was telling the guys at work I wanted to do this, they all thought I was crazy. But ya, when that devorce happens you better get that thing, except she knows how much you love it so it'll probably be the only thing she fights to get so she can drive it off a cliff to piss you off lol

While looking at the rear bumper, I noticed that the corner of the body behind the bumper and just below the tail lights looks like is was also sprayed with Rhino? Did they take the bumper off to do that?

I believe they taped it off and just started spraying. The bumper sets out from the body there a bit so spray got in there. there is a pic that show the thickness of the liner by the door jam...You can see how it kinda sprays through the cracks and stuff so it was easy to just try and spray everyhting i spose. Why they didnt spray the bumber is beyond me.

interesting... Did you do the opposite side too? What happens when it starts to rust from the inside and the rhino lining starts to sag into the rust holes?

Here's how I would answer Debbie....er....Nancy.......The Rhino skin will make rusting from the outside virtually impossible, or at least substantially less likely than a regular paint job. Rusting from the inside would likely be no worse than without. So........the Rhino treatment passes the "Do No Harm" test.

yeah did it my self with the rustoleum hammered black. just roughed up the chrome and painted it.

X2- also even if it does rust(like a normal vehicle would possibly do anyways) I can promise you that the Rhino Liner isnt going to sag. That stuff is stiff as hell when it finally cures all the way through. And instead of having to cut out and try to bondo or get a new bed or, like most of us would do with a truck old enough to rust out, Just keep driving the damn thing around, mine will still look good with zero rust showing through:D
