TRDPyrite09's build

I was bitten by the tacoma bug in April '08 and got a 2nd job working nights (2 am - 6 am, 3 nights a week) in order to get one. After working both jobs and saving up for a year I was finally in the position to order the exact truck I wanted. Here it is....

Ordered 3/14/09 - Delivered 6/4/09

Specs:

- 2009 Pyrite Mica TRD Sport Double Cab Short Bed 4x4 Auto

Current Mod List:

- Pioneer AVIC-F700BT (Touchscreen, Navi, CD, Ipod, HD Radio, steering wheel control relay) $398.00

- Sockmonkey "TRD All Terrain" Bedside Decal in all black
- Debaged all chrome lettering Free
- Painted Toyota grill emblem black Free

...much more to come!!

My Inspiration

THIS THREAD WILL BE UPDATED PERIODICALLY ONCE NEW MODS ARE INSTALLED. THANKS FOR LOOKING!

It is a very cool color- pictures don't do it justice because of the metallic nature

^ i actually havent had the opportunity to do the install yet. i have been concentrating on little things here and there on my civic to get it prepared to be sold. but if i were to choose a different unit with similar capabilities i would probably go with kenwood. their navigation units use Garmin. Garmin is widely know to be a good product, and i believe they provide downloadable map updates on their website.
